Here's how to place an order with us

Orders can be placed by calling our toll-free order line, (877) 895-1275, Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. You may fax your order to (989) 894-4799, or e-mail your order to pat@greenking.com, but please do not include your credit card number in the e-mail - use the phone numbers above, or mail your order with payment to Green Kingdom Herbs, 1610 Stanton, Bay City, MI 48708. For all other calls, questions, etc., please call (989) 895-1275.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground. An actual physical address is required to ship UPS. We cannot ship via Postal Service. Shipping & insurance costs will be added to the invoice and are based on published rates via UPS. Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3-Day Select options are also available via UPS. There is a $2.00 handling fee on all orders. If you have a valid UPS shippers account, we can have UPS bill you directly.

All orders are prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or by sending a check or U.S. Postal Money Order. C.O.D. is not available. Please note we ship within the U.S. only.

Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. All further orders (after the $25.00 fee has been paid) must be paid in advance by U.S. Postal Money Order only or by credit card.

Damaged Orders

Should your shipment arrive damaged in some way, save the shipping box and the packing material as U.P.S. will want them so the claim can be verified. Notify your U.P.S. office and then contact us. We will replace the damaged product at no cost to you.

Returned Products

All returned products must have prior approval. Please notify us immediately should you receive an incorrect item. We will gladly replace the item. If the product is returned for a refund, a check will be issued (less shipping & handling).
